Darkum is a booking platform that connects users with accommodation providers across Iraq. We act as an intermediary and do not own or operate the listed properties.

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Not misusing the platform (fraud, harassment, etc.)

  • Booking confirmation is sent after successful payment.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.

    • 4. Cancellations & Refunds

    Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and are shown before booking. Darkum is not responsible for refunds outside these terms.

    5. Content & Reviews

    Users may post reviews but must not submit harmful, false, or defamatory content. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

    6. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

    8. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved in Iraqi courts.
